Very nice. Looks almost unreal...
The sky is a great colour too and the composition is nice with the half and half thing.
Slightly higher resolution would be good so that a bit more detail would be visible, but other than that, great!

It's kind of strange how I came about taking it too. What I really wanted to do was take train pictures, but as I was in the middle of a farmer's field hunting for train tracks I realized the field was in itself really quite interesting in color and in contrast with the sky. Every once in a while you start on a task but then time stands still and you find something really cool about the journey.

I totally agree. Half the time I go out on a photo expedition and see what I originally wanted and... that's boring. But this over here, now that's cool!
